Bordeaux - Chateau Gassies

As a photographer, I am lucky enough to capture many stunning weddings, but this one was truly exceptional. I recently had the pleasure of photographing Gemma & Mike’s destination wedding at Chateau Gassies in the Bordeaux region of France. The bride and groom, spared no expense in making their special day a truly unforgettable experience for themselves and their guests.

The day started with the bridal party getting ready in the stunning Chateau. The rooms were filled with excitement and anticipation, and it was a pleasure to document the pre-ceremony preparations. As the ceremony approached, the guests made their way to the beautiful ceremony room in the chateau, where the couple exchanged their vows in front of a stunning floral archway.

One of the highlights of the day was the performance by Luke Burr, he had everyone up on the dance floor until the early hours of the morning.

Throughout the day, the attention to detail was truly remarkable. The reception was held in a beautifully decorated West hall, with stunning floral arrangements, chandeliers, and elegant table settings. The food was expertly prepared by a top-rated chef and served with the finest wines of the region.

As a photographer, it was a dream to capture such a beautiful and elegant wedding. The bride and groom were a joy to work with, and their love for each other was evident in every moment of the day. The stunning Chateau provided the perfect backdrop for this luxurious celebration, and I feel truly grateful to have been a part of it.
